Home measurement services are just what they sound like: Based on what you need, our appraiser will measure your house's dimensions, then draw a basic layout. The appraiser's floorplan is a document that can be used to prove an estimated Gross Living Area(GLA), the total livable space of your home. How does a home measurement or floorplan service work?

During a measurement service, our appraiser measures the home with a measuring tool, generally a tape measure or laser measuring device.
